About
Suzanne N. Boucher, Esq. · Certified Family Law Specialist
Suzanne N. Boucher
Suzanne N. Boucher is a Certified Family Law Specialist who has devoted her career exclusively to California family law. Through fini!, she offers mediation, case management, private judge and consultation services to parties and attorneys who want a knowledgeable, efficient path to resolution.
Suzanne was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1991 and established her Walnut Creek practice in 1996. Since 2002 she has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization — a designation earned through demonstrated experience, specialized education and peer review.
Her work has spanned every part of a family law case: prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; characterizing and valuing businesses, professional practices, real estate, stock options, restricted stock units and complex retirement plans; tracing separate property in long marriages; child custody and visitation; child and spousal support; and post-judgment enforcement and modification.
Having represented higher- and lower-earning spouses alike, and having worked closely with mediators, private judges and a network of financial and mental-health professionals, Suzanne understands what each party needs in order to reach a resolution they can live with. fini! puts that experience to work in the neutral’s chair.
