Rates & fee schedule
Fees for mediation, case management, private judge and consultation services are set out in the fini! Rates & Fee Schedule.

How fees work
- Fee split. Fees are typically shared between the parties in an agreed proportion. Please note the proposed split on the inquiry form.
- Booking. Dates are confirmed once the conflict check is complete and the engagement terms are accepted by all parties.
- Preparation and follow-up. Review of briefs and documents, and time spent preparing agreements or rulings, are billed as set out in the fee schedule.
- Cancellations. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are listed in the fee schedule.
