Mediation, case management, private judge and consultation services are neutral services; any engagement is subject to a conflict check and written agreement of the parties.

Suzanne N. Boucher is licensed to practice law in California only. Services are offered for matters pending in, or governed by the law of, the State of California.

Scheduling

Availability shown on the Site is for information only. Dates are not reserved until confirmed in writing after the conflict check and acceptance of the engagement terms and fee schedule by all parties.

Intellectual property

The fini! name and logo and the content of the Site are the property of the Law Offices of Suzanne N. Boucher and may not be used without permission.
